In October 2017, we started a full refurbishment of this 30 year old apartment. An old building that was originally built in 1875, it came with challenges. It required a full refurbishment with rewiring the electrics, new plumbing and new interiors.

The apartment has undergone a full transformation to deliver a sophisticated, elegant luxurious self-catering apartment for modern living.
