Located on the first floor of Warleggan house, the apartment is situated in the heart of St Mary's town and gives you a great view of Tresco island.
We are the Smeeton family and we purchased the Association in April 2017 from our Aunt and Uncle who live on St Mary's and owned it for the last 40 years. With our family connections to the island, Scilly has become a very special place for us and so we've cemented it by creating a permanent holiday residence. We wanted to create a home from home environment and so have taken on a renovation project to bring the property up to date with luxury interiors and all the mod cons.
