The Association offers luxurious self-catering accommodation for 4 people. A modern and light 2 bedroom apartment with an open plan living and kitchen area, it's located in the heart of St Mary's making it the perfect base for your holiday in the Isles of Scilly.
Centrally located in Hugh Town on St Mary's, the apartment is within walking distance to to all local amenities including the quay for boating day trips. Since opening in March 2018 has consistently been awarded the 4 Star Gold Award by VisitEngland.
A spacious living room to relax in
The open plan living space boasts a three seater sofa, two arm chairs and a window seat helping you relax into your holiday and enjoy the island views. With floor lamps on either side of the room and under floor heating, it sets the right mood for cosy evenings.
Equipped with a 43 inch Samsung Smart TV you can enjoy all the digital channels, access OnDemand TV and enjoy BT Sport. Or kick back unwind for a movie with a selection of DVDs.
Cook or dine-in with pleasure
Cook and eat in a superbly equipped and very light kitchen. The open plan kitchen is fitted with modern units and a custom made worktop. It is equipped with integrated Bosch electrical appliances as well as a integrated fridge/freezer and washing machine.
With comfortable dining area with built in bench seating, staying in for a meal is a delight.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. And there's even LED strip lighting on the base units to help soften the mood for the evenings.
Sleeping in luxurious comforts
There are two bedrooms in the apartment.
The master bedroom has suspended bedside lights on either side and a comfortable king size bed that you can
sink into.
The second bedroom can be made up as a twin room or a super king bed.
Both rooms are equipped with electric radiators, smart TVs, built-in wardrobes and a chest of drawers.
Shower away those sandy days
A large walk-in shower complete with underfloor heating and fluffy towels is the perfect place to wash off sandy bodies after a day at the beach.
Equipped with a LED mirror that you can light up with a simple wave under the sensor and a thermostatic towel rail to keep your towels warm.
